Can I order after 16th October?
Unfortunately not. Production begins shortly after the order window closes, so we are unable to accept late orders.
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be distributed through the club at December training sessions.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to the size guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up.
Why does the price differ from the general pricing guide?
The prices shown on our Pricing page are general guide prices only. Club-specific products may include additional branding, embroidery, personalisation or design requirements, which can affect the final price. The prices shown on this page are the official Northants Basketball Club prices.

- All items are made to order
- Customised items cannot be returned unless faulty e.g, received the wrong item, item arrived damaged, item had defects, customised option is wrong
- Please check size guides carefully before ordering
Orders are subject to minimum production quantities.
In the unlikely event that minimum quantities are not reached, customers will be contacted and offered:
- A refund
- An alternative product
- Extended ordering period
